I decided to experiment, to test the effect of the diet "Favorite". Immediately I'll tell you: Girls who sat on it for six months, you need a monument to put! And now everything in order.
So, my weight (better sit down) at the beginning of the diet was 86.2 kg.
Menu Favorite diet:
1 day - drinking
Day 2 - vegetable
Day 3 - drinking
Day 4 - fruit
Day 5 - drinking
Day 6 - protein
Day 7 - out of the diet.
I am such a person, when you read some diet, I should be all very clear and simple. But all these "Breakfast coffee", "lunch eggshell" is not for me.
"Favorite" liked the fact that menu I make for myself of allowed foods.
I've practiced drinking days, even sat on drinking diet, which by the way is very much ruined my health, drinking days and feel lighter and health is not affected adversely. So, drinking days I was not hard.
My menu drinking days:
I drank tea without sugar with milk (by the way, a warm drink relaxes the muscles of the stomach and the hunger is almost not felt), varenets, could drink a hot mug Maggi (but no longer drink them due to their hazard), and then I began to drink the broth from the soup, if you like sweet - bought juice with no added sugar.
Tolerated even quite good. Did a salad of cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce and herbs. To buy green beans.
I weighed in the evening of the third day (of drinking).
All were exactly, but on the contrary. Bought a lot of different fruits. Because fruits contain acid, because of them increases the secretion of gastric juice, and therefore want to eat badly. Plus I started to have signs of dehydration, like I have not ate and drank the same water. I thought, can not stand this day...
Protein was the most easy!
But due to the fact that I was dizzy and I was very hungry, not even its not the best when what they ate. I put out the chicken with mushrooms, boiled egg, drank again, milk and coffee with milk.
The yield I had a typical day. Again made scrambled eggs in the microwave without oil, ate soup for lunch and for dinner ate a salad.
I believe that the almost 4 kg it was possible to clean just sitting on protein with vegetables, not okay, hounding me out your stomach. But the 3.8 is also a result and pretty good!
Diet is still not recommended, because the result will not keep.
Of course, I didn't add the BEFORE and AFTER photos for the sole reason that I simply did not. And when my big weight difference is still not clear.
