Hello! Let me share your impressions of L'Oréal micellar water for normal to mixed skin. Before this water, I used micellar water from Pupa, she took off her soft and basic non-waterproof makeup with dignity, without streaks and jambs, but when it was over, the offer for this from L'Oréal came to hand, of course I doubted, but ... curiosity took up . By the way, the design is restrained, laconic, informative without unnecessary heaps, but “not expensive”, there are some “roughnesses” here that make it clear that everything is simple.
But I want to start by determining what micellar water is:
Micellar water is a mild cleanser that dissolves makeup and skin impurities while maintaining the balance of the hydrolipidic membrane.
people with normal or sensitive skin.
My skin is oily, therefore, it is recommended to use micellar water in the first stage of full cleansing.
And then the song and delight for my hearing and my skin.
In the micellar water you will not find any alcohol or soap, as a rule, it also does not contain parabens, silicones and perfumes.
All this magic happens thanks to microscopic compounds - micelles!
... form surfactants (surfactants) at a certain concentration in water.
Micelles also act in several directions:
weaken the action of the irritating components of cleansers;
deactivation of harmful chemicals;
"Binding" and removal of the smallest particles of fat.
This is not enough for you ?! For me, for example, it was a complete discovery that micellar water not only safely and gently cleanses the delicate skin around the eyes, removes makeup and excess skin sebum (sebum) and tones the skin !
And one of the main questions ... DO I NEED TO RINSE MICELLAR WATER?
If you use micellar water for daily cleansing and tone the skin, then rinsing it off is not necessary. The product does not contain alkali (which is found in some other cleansers), and therefore it does not cause dryness and irritation.
But if you remove makeup, then here is a completely different story.
However, after the make-up removal procedure with micellar water, you must also wash your face additionally. When removing makeup, the task of micellar water is to emulsify and remove makeup. Micelles bind small particles of fat, making it easier to remove makeup, but then you need to carefully remove makeup residues with a moistened cotton pad or water. Otherwise, small particles of dirt in combination with micelles can cause acne.
But micellar water is not omnipotent and for example waterproof makeup, and for me, for example, BB cream is only partially subject to it, therefore it is more reliable to use the Korean purification scheme: hydrophilic oil and foam.
But in the morning I have been washing my face with micellar water for more than a year and (without sponges) it completely suits me and my skin too.
I still have a bottle from the nature of Siberica that can make foam, I poured micellar water into it and when I press it I get thick foam,
From the beginning, I didn’t even understand why my skin is so smooth, for some reason I connected it with the days of the cycle, but the days passed, and the skin remained smooth! I tried for several days to use only foam for washing, and the smoothness disappeared ... Then the relationship became obvious and when I went to Magnit Cosmetics I bought 2 more bottles for the stock (for giving, and so it was)!
Many people know how important smoothness is when applying makeup, and so this water gives it to me! I’ll say I have a oily skin type, especially a nasolabial triangle, and I regularly used strips to cleanse the pores in the nose and chin, but after this water I no longer have this focus, the sticky base of the strip has nothing to “catch on” and the strip remains clean. This, of course, does not mean that micellar water cleansed my pores, because they are deep and I can’t remove them except mechanical cleaning, but the fact that it cleaned the upper layer is clearly visible. The action of tiagamm reminded me of its action, but tiagamma is acid, and it’s just micellar water with the “acid effect”.
After 4 months of use, the smoothness effect decreased, I think the addictive effect worked with my skin.
A significant minus is that it plucks the eyes especially in the first months of use, Pupa was softer in this regard. Water of course irritation is washed off quickly. After 4 months, I no longer feel any burning sensation in the eyes.
